DIGITAL AUDIO RECORDING SERVICE

Recording of Classes and placing them in the library has been a service provided by CTA (AVS) for the past 30 yrs at SFU. Starting Fall 2004 semester these class recordings are available through this website, MySFU and Lecture podCast.

Feel free to familiarize yourself with the system. If you have any questions, please refer to this document or our FAQ section for additional information or contact us at lectures@sfu.ca. All feedback will be highly appreciated.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We have received a number of complaints from instructors saying that their class recordings are on the web, but the files have no sound in them. In order for your files to record correctly, you have to make sure that the microphone is switched on and the volume level is up enough for you to hear yourself through the speakers. If you have any more problems regarding this issue, please contact CTA (AV services) at 778-782-4828 (room P9301).
