  Date: Oct 6th 2010 (Wednesday) from 4:30pm to 5:30pm

  1. We held the election for TryCatch 2011 today

  Sponsorship Coordinator- Sara (sadineh@sfu.ca)
  Secretary(take minute minutes + manage the website)- Ashley Thomas (adt2@sfu.ca)
  Promotion Coordinator- Shannon (shannon.juzenas@gmail.com)

  2. The Chair and the Secretary should work together to set up a date for next TryCatch meeting.
  Please make sure to book the room early before the actual meeting. And don’t set the meeting on the same date as wics meeting.
  Wednesday at 4:30 pm seems work for most people (such as Youna, youyou, etc)

  3.Remember to create a trycatch-exec mailing list.

  WICS decided to have some swags prepared for people who order and some extra to be used in the events or as gifts. The size and model will be decided later.
