This meeting included discussions and decisions about the following topics:

End of Semester social Events: Curling
-Free for everyone who want to come!!
-It’s 75 dollars(not include tax) for 2 hours. And there’s no limit on the number of people.
-Karen will send out the invitation.
Things need to bring for the curling:Bring another pair of clean shoes
Time: 4:00pm to 6:00pm
Budget: $100 approve for the event

WICS Award
-Ouldooz propose 2 options to create an Award for WICS.
option 1: Talk to CSSS to add WICS to be considered in the CSSS Award.
option 2: Find funding resource to add an award for WICS.
Conclusion: We decided the second proposal is more realistic, since the CSSS Award is founded by CSSS.

WICS swag preparation
-24 people ordered the shirts, but most of the people are getting them for free.
-We can get 50 shirts for around $410 or 60 shirts for around $464.
Conlucsion: WICS decided to order 50 shirts instead of 60 shirts.

Possible Event for the spring 2011:
International Women’s Day(March 8)- YWiB: Liyang can follow up for that.
Mentor Lunch- needs to set a date and find a mentor.
Technical workshop-need to decided a “topic” for the workshop.
