- Looked/discussed possible game design workshops

- Email-list available now; may create new group on Facebook if needed
- Website has been updated

Workshop Design:
- A workshop will be on Roombas; others are web-related
- Discussed/explored options for web-related workshops:
- HTML 5/ JQuery/ LineJS
- VPython (tutorial video @ youtube.com/vpythonvideos )
- Ajax/ DHTML/ Javascript
- RPG Toolkit/ Web animations

II. Meeting Conclusions

- Workshop: divide participants into groups (by experience)
- Price will be iPad 2
- Shall finalize workshop topics by end of winter break
- Sponsorship package should be done/sent out after new year

- Decided that one workshop will be on Roombas

- Poster, letterhead, and brochure to be done over winter break
- Designs for pin, poster, T-shirt (+ bookmark?) can be done later
