  To-do:
  - Maryam to contact one of the female faculty members to present a short talk in the event (Sasha/Diana)
  - Carmen to send event schedule to Sara Adineh so she can plan the rest (Elaheh will be helping her with planning)
  - Elaheh to send the poster from last year to Zahra
  - Zahra to do the poster
  - Ask Val about game ideas
  - Ask Val for some small gifts from CS

  - Carmen sent some Sponsorship packages out, sent out emails, waiting for responses; have talked to a few companies

  - Person for HTML workshop
  - Sending out emails for grad student stuff

  ? Printing of Newspaper: push back to March
  - T-shirt: design done by end of Feb or mid-March
  III. To-do’s

  Printing
  - have to call VanPrint to find out when to pick up printing things
  - label maker: Carmen will ask Eleanor
  - done by mid-March
  - packages for Opfair: Carmen needs 10 - 14, will get them to her before that
  Grad student-presentations
  - Lisa will email grad students asking for volunteers to present

  HTML5 workshop
  - Tiphanie will email her prof
  - Greg possibly do the HTML5 and Richard to do the Roombas as a backup?
  - can ask SAP

  High school timeline
  - push back until March
  - in Feb: talk to advisors and when they’re visiting ? know what schools they’ve been to

  Sponsorship
  - must visit FAS
  - Habanero ? OpenRoad, etc. ? want to send people
