  Funding from FAS and CS for 2012 (WICS + Try/CATCH)
  Radio Show (need report)

  To-do:
  End of Semester Social
  Documenting executive’s roles based on the constitution

  End of Semester Social:
  not going to join CSSS for EOSS
  our choices: biking @ stanley park, paintball
  Do we have funding to subsidize? how much?
  Sara to send emails for RSVP April 24th
  Zahra will take care of food

  Contact Heidi/Laura about Microsoft funding?

  First WICS meeting: send Zahra schedules and we will try to hold it in the week of the 14-18th of May
  - will have Susan there for templates
  Clubs Day: have execs fill out schedule first, then send to active members to talk about WICS while at the table together (to help get more participation in our club/events)

  - Carmen to help update WICS website during break, like profiles, and secretary first meeting?
  - Zahra to contact MISA for possible joint events

  Voting for Spring 2012 Event Coordinator: Sara Adineh
  - 8 votes for, 0 against, Sara Adineh is our new Event Coordinator beginning Spring 2012

  Voting for the Summer semester will be in the first week of class

  New additional document alongside the constitution: to outline exact executive responsibilities
  - changing of Graduate Coordinator position? to Undergrad/Graduate

  Events for the remaining semester:
  - End of Semester social: we could sell drinks/ice cream at the CSSS EOSS on April 11 (last day of classes) while they sell cotton candy. WICS has done this before.
  - Try/CATCH: needs volunteers for the event, and graduate students to display technical posters/host a table at the event
  - FAS Formal is coming up!

  Plans for next semester:
  - Altera info session (or in fall semester)
  - Grad Lab Tours (must have a motion first)
  - Chocolate fountain
